After having the worst experience getting ripped off by a previous carpet clean company, I spoke to Jordan for about 20 minutes on the phone going through everything then he fitted me last minute. He came today and he’s so friendly and actually cares about what he is doing. He showed the water after every room and kept asking me if he was doing a good enough job to go ahead.
